Cancellation, Refunds & Replacement
I want to exchange my product?
Please send us an email at SUPPORT@TECHBUTTER. STORE. Terms & Conditions are as follows:
- Shipping fee isn't refundable
- The product should not be used.
- The product should be packed the same way as it came in.
- If the product deemed used, you will be required to pay the shipping to be returned.
- Return shipping fee has to be paid by the buyer
- The shipping fee of the exchange product has to be paid
- A restocking fee of 15% of the actual price (not Discounted) of the product will be deducted.
- You will be required to pay 15% restocking fee, reshipping fee & any difference in the price of the design before we can send replacement
- A custom invoice will be sent over your email to pay.
I want to return the product and get a refund?

- The return shipping fee has to be paid by the buyer.
- 15% restocking fee will be charged on the actual product price (not discounted)
- The item should be unused.
- The item should be packed as it was when it came in.
- If the item deemed used, you would be required to pay the shipping fee in order for it to be sent back to you.

- Orders cancellation window is only a couple of hours from order placement as orders are pushed for processing daily.
- Our team isn't available 24/7 so sending a email doesn't ensure order cancellation. We can cancel your order only if your email was handled before order is pushed for processing.
